The room was nice and clean. They don't supply face clothes so I knew to bring my own. No fridge so I put my perishables on the window sill and forgot them when I left. Dinner was palatable.

So close to the airport you could touch it. Super important when you're pushing a wheelchair and suitcases. Clean, quiet, and impressionable.
Things I didn't like - Absolutely none

Thomas checked me in on the friday 31st Augusr 2012 and he also checked us in in June this year...he is fantastic efficient and very cheery and helpful... a breathe of fresh air.!!
dining times in the dining room ....5.30 even 1 hour earlier would have been better*****..... Had to go to the airport to eat and that was a disaster .... My only complaint....

The location, and the room were very good.
All over Scotland Wifi was offered free of charge at all of the other accommodations I stayed at, but the Holiday Inn charged for the service. A phone call that cost 1.50 at another hotel cost 38.50 at the Holiday Inn, it would be nice not to feel taken, and I would not stay there again, even if it is a convenient location at the airport.

Right across the street from the airport. Staff very helpful and professional. The food was excellent. While a little dated the room was very nice for a quick stop over.

Check in was fast and efficient
While I realise that the price I got for this room was reasonable I was disappointed with the furnishings in the room. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable, but I found the scuffs and chips on the furniture very off-putting. Overall the room was tired and requires a major upgrading. We did not eat at the hotel as we found it very overpriced for what was offered. I have therefore given a 0 rating for 'dining'

The location of this hotel is ideal for access to the Glasgow Airport. The dining room was not visited during my stay.
I bbelieve I was charged twice for the room. I was a single person in one room and should not have been charged the additional amount which was above the $140 which was charged when the reservation was booked. I expect the additional $202.87 charge will be credited and removed from my credit card charges
